STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a total scam. I still haven't gotten my mats and can't seem to get a reply from anyone there. A few days after I placed my order, I got a notification saying a shipping label was made, but it's been stuck like that for more than 45 days. I've tried emailing and calling, but no one gets back to me. They really shouldn't charge you until the item is actually on its way. Now that it's been over 45 days, I can't even dispute the charge. Just a complete rip-off.

These floor mats are truly fantastic. Without a doubt, they are the finest luxury mats I've ever tried. Plus, the quality is top-notch. The trunk mat is an excellent choice that turns the entire vehicle into a sleek, modern ride. I would absolutely suggest them to others.

These mats are top-notch! I’ve put them in all my vehicles and they’ve always held up well. They fit perfectly, but man, the shipping can be slow, so I’d suggest opting for express shipping if you’re in the U.S.

They really shouldn't charge you until the item is on its way. Now that it's been over 30 days, disputing the charge is off the table. What a bummer.

As of today, February 17, I wanted to share an update on my order. The company finally reached out to me, and it looks like the mats left Shanghai on February 14. I did some digging and found out the shipping delays were due to COVID in China. I’ll keep you posted once the mats arrive.

The floor mats we received are quite nice and fit our car just right, but we did run into some support issues that got sorted out later.

Fantastic company, fantastic items. I've bought them three times now. They look truly incredible. Sure, there are less expensive imitations on Amazon, but you get what you pay for; these mats are of superior quality and last long. Check out the reviews on Amazon; they're low-priced for a reason—they fall apart. This company and their customer service are just outstanding.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of these Mats. They showed up all creased, with threads hanging out and a few stains, making them look super cheap due to shoddy packaging and construction. I've reached out to manici multiple times, but they just ignore me. I understand mistakes can happen, but why leave your paying customers hanging after waiting almost two months for defective mats?

EDIT: Since I can't respond to manici's reply here, they mentioned a manager has emailed me several times. What does that even mean? I only see one email from them in my inbox, and I was the last to respond. The issue is still not fixed; the creases from the packaging and the overall poor quality are still there.

There’s no option for a call in any of their emails. I can provide any proof they need.

This is a poorly run business with a low-quality supplier from China.
